Evergreen Off Duty Agency, LLC is a nationwide security company serving commercial and public-sector clients. Our officers cover more than 50 client sites with armed and unarmed security, off-duty law enforcement officers, mobile patrol, fire watch, event security and specialized protection.

From major retailers and fine jewelry stores to public ferry terminals, our work calls for prepared officers, sound judgment and clear communication. Our leadership brings together law enforcement, U.S. Navy service, Department of Defense contracting and security management.

Armed & unarmed officers

Our armed and unarmed officers, and our off-duty law enforcement officers, bring a professional presence to every assignment, with a focus on protecting people, maintaining awareness and responding to security concerns.

Trained through our academy

Our officers graduate from the Evergreen Academy before their first assignment. Academy training prepares them for their responsibilities and reinforces the standards we expect in the field.

Body cameras for accountability

Our officers wear body cameras on duty. They create an objective record of interactions and incidents, supporting clear documentation and review.

Location-verified timekeeping (coming soon)

Evergreen Command, our app now in development, is designed to let officers clock in and out with GPS geofencing that confirms they are on site, and to give clients real-time reports and a way to request additional coverage.

Wesley Friedley

Chief Instructor

Wesley Friedley serves as Agency Trainer for Evergreen Off Duty, drawing upon an extensive and diverse background in local, state, and federal law enforcement.

With nearly two decades of combined experience in law enforcement and physical security operations, Mr. Friedley has served as a firearms instructor for the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission (WSCJTC) since 2017. His instructional expertise encompasses firearms training, oleoresin capsicum (OC) spray deployment, TASER employment, handcuffing techniques, and defensive tactics. Throughout his instruction, he maintains a consistent emphasis on officer safety, the development of practical skills, and the pursuit of professional excellence.

Ali Kadhim

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Ali Kadhim is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Evergreen Off Duty Agency, LLC. He brings more than 15 years of experience in security and threat management, including service as a law enforcement officer and work as a Department of Defense contractor. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science.

As a former law enforcement officer, Ali understands the importance of reading a situation quickly, communicating clearly and making sound decisions under pressure. That is the standard he sets for every Evergreen officer.

Throughout his career, Ali has led security operations in management roles and delivered services as a Department of Defense contractor. Accountability, documentation and performance shape his approach to both public and private assignments.

Since founding Evergreen Off Duty, Ali has built a team of professional officers serving more than 50 client sites nationwide, including major national retailers, fine jewelry stores and public ferry terminals.

His approach is straightforward: put prepared, professional officers on every post, keep clients informed and stand behind the work.

He oversees field operations, staffing, site performance, and day-to-day coordination with clients and officers. His leadership emphasizes a clear chain of command, consistent standards, and reliable coverage for patrol, special event, retail, property protection, and related assignments.

Alexander is also an entrepreneur with a long-standing commitment to physical training and combat sports, including Brazilian jiu-jitsu. That background shapes his approach to readiness, discipline, and field leadership, with an emphasis on officers who are prepared, composed, and accountable. He is focused on expanding Evergreen Off Duty’s presence across the United States.
